Part to full shade; medium water needs. RARE!! Fabulous slow growing evergreen black grass-like clumps to 8” x 12”. Clusters of spikes on which whitish lilac flowers appear in summer; often followed by dark, nearly black berries in fall. Excellent in containers or as groundcover.
