Part sun-light shade; regular to occasional water. Clumping, evergreen sedge, with arching narrow eaves that have a creamy yellow central stripe and dark green margins. Grows to 10-16in. tall and 18-24in. wide. In later winter appear the brownish insignificant flowers that rise not much above the foliage before arching downward. Cordy hardy to about 0-20 degrees F. Very striking as an accent plant or groundcover. Useful on the edge of the water harden but dislikes complete submersion.
