Full sun; moderate water. One of the best on all counts: large, deep green leaves that hold on well in cold winters; deep red bracts over long season. Vigorous, high climbing to 15-25ft. Can be trained to tree form by staking and pruning. Drought tolerant. Useful on trellis or easy groundcover.
