Light shade; average water. Distinctive blue and pink matchstick type flowers on long spikes in late fall, lasting until late winter. Best grown in slightly shaded areas, or as groundcover under trees, falling leaves and other detritus provide necessary nutrients as they decay. Attractive container plant.
